Warrior is licensed by the Marine Coastguard Agency for 10 anglers, but 8 anglers offers maximum comfort and ease of fishing. Our roomy wheelhouse and galley provide complimentary warm drinks and a clean flushing toilet as well as a comfortable seat if the inclination takes you. Safety features are comprehensive and MCA regulated for your peace of mind.

Warrior is built by world-famous Mitchels and has a new 350 horse power turbo charged engine and hydraulic trim tabs, which really cracks along to get us to the best deep sea reefs or wrecks for the day, pronto

We sail most days between 7.30am and 9.00am and return to harbour 8/9 hours later, which means you can set off from home refreshed after a good nights sleep, and ready to put in a good day's deep sea charter fishing. Both departure times and return times can usually be adjusted to suit your fishing criteria, and extended if you want to stay at sea longer. SPECIAL TRIP. This year I am offering a 5 hour deep sea angling charter going out up to 7 miles off Whitby, and you can bring up to 8 anglers/passengers. On this special deep sea angling charter, all fishing tackle and LURES are supplied free (except losses). This trip is at a fixed cost of £200.

How about a late afternoon fishing trip and come back with the sunset?

If Whale watching is your interest, then this can be a wildlife trip instead, and you can bring up to 10 passengers for the same price. Another nice way to spend some time at sea, is a private charter sailing up the yorkshire coast, viewing Whitby, Runswick Bay and Staithes, and the glorious yorkshire coast cliff scenary from seaward.Up to 10 passengers,same price and time as above.

Boarding the boat is from purpose made pontoons for easy access - no ladders to climb.

Skipper - Paul Sykes

Warrior is owned and skippered by Paul Sykes. Paul is Marine Coastguard qualified and very experienced in a variety of fishing techniques. If you’re NEW TO ANGLING, don’t worry, we’ll soon get you tackled up and fishing like a pro. All the fishing tackle,rods and reels are FREE to use on board, I just make a small charge for lost end tackle. Its always a pleasure to see the grin on the face of beginners when they deck there first big fish.

Our main Species to catch on the yorkshire coast are BIG cod and some huge serpentine ling (cod family and very good to eat) large pollock some days, and then the wonderfull but suicidal mackerel in summer. There is well over one and half dozen different species in the deep sea off Whitbys yorkshire coast, and that rod bending tight line can produce some surprises.Our biggest turbut to date is 28lb.

I take all manner of social clubs, sports clubs and team building parties for corporate bonding, as well as complete beginners. Deep sea fishing is a very sociable way to spend a day in the great outdoors, frequently with a good dose of friendly "black humour".There are not many outdoor activities left where you can feed your family out of your days leisure.
