Our custom designed rib "Copperhead Diver" is a 8mtr Tornado powered by the latest generation Mercury Optimax 225HP outboard . Capable of 36 knots fully loaded with divers and kit you can be assured of quick transit times to and from your chosen dive site . With a high bow she gives a smooth and stable ride in nearly all weather conditions.Security of your dive kit is taken care of by 3 stainless steel bottle racks , with all round access and additional bag stowage at the bow.A 150ltr fuel tank means we can travel upto 70+ miles if you wish to do something of the beaten track and a little more adventurious.

Fully refitted in early 2010 "Copperhead Diver" offers the unique oppertunity to dive the many hundreds of ships wrecks around the Dover Staits from both World Wars plus many merchant and sailing vessels from all periods of history. If you fancy a change from a normal ship wrecks - we have many submarines and U-boats just a few miles from shore as well. Follow the link to the left for our list of "Local Wreck Sites"

Fitted with all the latests electronic navigation aids, communications and safety equipment , many of which have additional backups, you can be assured that your diving experience will be the best and safest the UK has to offer. All our crew/skippers have many year of experience sailing and diving these local waters and all are fully RYA/MCA/PADI certified. Pre-departure safety briefing and dive site briefings are carried out with your comfort and safety in mind plus complementary Hot Soup and Rolls are available after your dive. Dive kit rental can be arranged as well if needed.

In General the local dive sites depth are 25 to 35 mtrs .(shallowist 17 mtrs - deepest 55 mtrs) . Summer time water temp 18oC . Winter time water temp 8oC. Visibility anything from 2 to15 mtrs depending on time of year, tide and weather conditions. Best times to dive are on "Neep " weekends - but as i'm sure you know - these can get booked up many months in advance , so please book early to ensure you get your prefered dates.

For support roles , safety boat and film/media work "Copperhead Diver" can be outfitted to your requirement as many of its deck fittings are removeable to allow large stable patforms for cameras etc plus its wide beams and dry ride makes its comfortable for long duration assignements. Relocation to any part of the UK is no problem as "Copperhead" is fully road transportable.

• £550 per day - Weekend /Bank Holiday full boat charter (2 dives - that's just £24.75 per dive - Max 10 diver)
